Hello, As the title claims.
Ive recently went to download Neverwinter to try to play with my friends but however, i have tried numerous attempts to install Neverwinter on my PC however it has always stuck the patching at 99%.
I have tried various methods i could cobble up online from.
Deleting the Live Folder and repatching Put On demand Patching Put Force Verify Uninstalling and Reinstalling Starting as Administrator. Installing into different Drives on my PC.
I have no firewall and no Antivirus on my PC so there would be no such restriction, i also have UAC disabled.
Im pulling my hair out already to join my friend but even their tech support is giving me tips that i myself could find over the internet.
Someone help please.

The download just stops downloading the patch but keeps on downloading. I've waited and it doesn't stop. I've restarted the launcher multiple times, restarted internet, I don't know what to do. Please help.

I understand that you are encountering some issues with patching the game. Here are some possible solution you mat try:
Run Arc and/or the game client as an administrator.
Check if the game folder is given appropriate permission to save changes on your computer
Add the game folder/files to the exceptions list of your antivirus and firewall software. Your antivirus or firewall software is possibly being too strict. Please see the help menu or support website for the software that you use if you aren't sure how to do it.
At your own risk, you may also have to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other security software temporarily while you download, install, update, log in to, and play the game. Sometimes the security software will block it no matter what you try or even if you try to add exceptions for the game files in your security software.
4) You can also try disabling 'On-Demand Patching' by clicking 'Options' on the game launcher window.
5) Change the proxy settings of the game. To do this, A) On the game launcher window, click 'Options' B) Find the dropdown menus labeled 'Patching proxy' and 'Gameplay proxy' and select 'US'. C) Click save and restart the launcher for the changes to take effect.

Type: cmd

Wait for the process to complete
Right-Click on the window
Select 'Select all' option
Hit 'Enter' key
Paste it on your notepad
Save it as: traceroute.txt
Send the .txt file as an attachment to this ticket
