Skyrim Gigantic Fps Performance Patch Download

The Gigantic FPS Performance Boost mod, which was just a d3d9.dll, was the only reason I was able to play Skyrim on my laptop without insane lag.
I just had to re-install Skyrim thanks to my brother in law dropping my laptop last week, and this mod has just recently come under review for moderation for whatever reason. I already know these 'reviews' can last far, far too long, in some cases a few months.

Does anyone have any advice that I might be able to use regarding an alternative?
I've tried a few, including hiAlgo and background boosters, but I can still only play on low quality with lag. With that FPS Performance Patch, I could play from low to high with zero FPS loss.

    Aaaaand for the unfortunate laptop user who has no way of sticking a giant fucking gpu into the side of it?
    Not...saying that I can't run this, I'm simply installing this game on this laptop for the first time and wanted to see if there was anything I could do prior to booting the game before I loaded it up the laggiest thing in the world...mostly performance mods.
    Essentially Skyrim's version of Optifine.

    @Zephiix hey man i got a a full computer setup with mouse keyboard monior for £240 for birthday at christmas im going to get a £250 graphics 8gb ram and new case as i only get 30-40fps at high 1080p
