We are using OracleRelease 10.2.0.4 with SAP on Windows platforms, and required to upgrade Oracle patch collection 5.
Patches for Oracle DB on Montecito and Itanium are same binaries.

But 10204_Patch34_WINNT64aa.bin , 10204_Patch34_WINNT64ab.bin and please suggest which is the most recent patch collection to use in IA64 bit on windows and the step to apply and do I have to take any caution.Please suggest to solve this issue.
